The feature to check new messages and friend requests from studivz.net and schuelervz.net.

There is already an option to hide new windows from popping up when a full screen application is running, so it shouldn't be very hard to add the option to hide new windows from opening when you are away.

Pidgin has this feature implemented nicely where the tray icon just changes to a picture of a conversation box, then when you click on the tray icon all of your messages show up.

Bebo is currently the #1 social networking site in the UK and is a great mix of the two rated underneath it, Myspace and Facebook.

Unfortunately Digsby has yet to take over the UK market and until then chances are that this sort of integration will not become high priority. Still I thought I might as well put it out there and see what people thought about it.

Don't most people like seeing who your talking to when your talking ?

It would be nice to have a toggle between expanded and full mode in the Conversation windows tabs

eg, click details and instead of blocking the entire convo, it would only appear as a top panel, displaying friends name, sub message etc.

It would be a great addition to add MeeMix.com to the social networks that are already included and as an addition to the listening to function. It is internet radio and it gives you the option to add the radio to your personal websites so the code must be in there that will allow you to access it for listening to.

Several builds of Digsby tend to be buggy. Many times to a point which renders the app useless until re-insatlled completely.
Sometimes it's not worth the wait with a rather slow bandwidth (like on my EeePC).

The ability (checkbox?) to show an unread mail count from not only the inbox but also the labels, possibly even the spam? This feature is found in "Gmail Manager" and other similar addons in Firefox.
Even if it could just show a total from ALL labels as opposed to downloading individual every time from the Gmail server. I'm sure this would suit most people.

Please give the option to show a character count as I type messages or status updates. This will help people using services like Ping.fm's IM agents. It might also just be fun to look at. Just sayin'.

It would be nice to have Msn plus! colors support.

A lot users have msn plus colors codes into the nickname, and if we dont have plus support the nicknames goes unreadable.

Request to add the ability to send and receive offline messages for MSN.

I would like to see if Digsby can support Novell GroupWise Messenger. Pidgin currently supports it and it's the only thing that is stopping me from using digsby fully.

DeviantART is the home for where art meets aplication. Adding DeviantART will not only let the user check there inbox, post areas, when one of your submissions has been favourited etc, but it will be great advertiseing space as this would give a huge kick start, and possibly millions of more people using the program.

Imagine this. A buddy of yours is almost never online and the message you want to get to them doesn't warrant a phone call or a text message...so you think that you'll just IM them instead. Yet they aren't online. Ever. A pounce message will send them a message as soon as they sign on next. Very helpful.
